
Otunba Sola Adewumi

Otunba Sola Adewumi is a distinguished leader and accomplished entrepreneur with over three decades of experience across accounting, banking, maritime, energy, and various other business sectors. A proud alumnus of Aquinas College, Akure, he obtained his degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos in 1987 and became a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in 1988.
Professional Background
Otunba Sola began his illustrious career at KPMG Ani, Ogunde & Co., where he played a key role in leading audit teams for several major corporations. In 1991, he transitioned to the banking industry, joining Crystal Bank. His career took a strategic turn in 1995 when he entered the maritime sector, joining Morlap Shipping Company and rising to the position of Executive Director of Operations.
In 2003, he founded Equitorial Energy Company Limited, a petroleum shipping and trading firm. His business portfolio has since expanded to include interests in hospitality, real estate, and agriculture.

Otunba Sola currently serves as President of the Nigeria Shipowners Association (NISA) and Chairman of the Bunkers Traders Association of Nigeria. Currently serving as Vice Chairman of ACAOSA Europe and Vice Chair of the ACAOSA 1978–83 Set, I bring a wealth of experience in leadership, coordination, and alumni engagement. Professionally, I work as a Programme Manager with a global logistics firm and serve as a Governor at a secondary school.
A Knight of St. Columba, I am married and blessed with three children and a grandchild. My core strengths include organisational leadership, stakeholder communication, and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Known for being humble, respectful, and trustworthy, I strive to approach all responsibilities with a pragmatic, solution-orientated mindset. I look forward to leveraging my experience, skills, and commitment to further the growth and progress of ACAOSA.

Edward Bankole Taiwo Olusoga
Vice President, ACAOSA Nigeria
Edward Bankole Taiwo Olusoga holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the prestigious University of Ilorin. A hands-on and resourceful professional, he possesses extensive knowledge in internet technology and computer systems. He has built a solid reputation as a versatile automobile repair specialist for nearly two decades.
He is based in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital city, where he successfully runs a thriving automotive repair enterprise.
A principled and family-oriented individual, he is blessed with two young adult children and is widely respected for his dedication, discipline, and entrepreneurial acumen.

Morack Akin-David
Secretary General, ACAOSA
Morack Akin-David, a proud member of the 1980/1985 Set of Aquinas College Akure, serves as the Public Relations Officer of his Set and currently holds the office of National Secretary of the Aquinas College Akure Old Students Association (ACAOSA).
He is a seasoned volunteer and trainer with Initiative of Change (IofC) Nigeria, formerly known as Moral Re-Armament (MRA), a globally recognised movement promoting moral and ethical leadership.
Morack is a prolific Nigerian author, biographer, ghostwriter, and conference facilitator with a strong focus on self-discovery, personal growth, and capacity building. He is the Principal Partner at Bookaddict Publications, founder of the literary community One-Week-One-Book Group, and convener of the annual thought-leadership forum “Let’s Talk About Books”, which brings together stakeholders in publishing, education, media, and policymaking.
His poetry has been published in The Guardian, one of Nigeria’s most respected newspapers. His works in leadership and personal development include titles such as “Leadership Secrets of David O. Oyedepo”, which explores the principles of the revered preacher and Chancellor of Covenant University, and “There Is No Mountain Anywhere!”, a practical guide to overcoming life’s challenges. His books are available in both online and physical bookstores.

Aquinarian Olaitan Olamikunle is a proud member of the golden 2002/2008 set of the ever-dynamic Aquinas College, Akure. He currently serves as the General Secretary of his set and holds the esteemed position of Assistant National Secretary of the Aquinas College Akure Old Students Association (ACAOSA).
A trained Geologist, Olaitan is a diligent professional working with Gistos Investments Company Limited, where he continues to apply his technical expertise and commitment to excellence.
He is widely recognised among his peers for his passion for service, organisational skills, and unwavering loyalty to the Aquinas spirit.

Oluwasomi Temitope Sunday
Financial Secretary, ACAOSA
Oluwasomi Temitope Sunday proudly represents the 1982/1987 Set of Aquinas College Akure and currently serves as the **National Financial Secretary** of the Aquinas College Akure Old Students Association (ACAOSA). A product of the Art class, Temitope brought great honour to the college by winning multiple national and international awards in visual arts during his time at school.
He is also a vibrant member of the ACAOSA North America Chapter, where he serves as Secretary, contributing actively to the growth and coordination of the diaspora alumni community.
Temitope resides in New York, USA, where he works with GTA Telecom Services and Adapts of Hudson, New York. A devoted family man, he is married and blessed with three promising children.
Beyond work, he enjoys travelling and socialising and is well regarded for his creative flair, dedication to service, and strong ties to the Aquinas brotherhood.

Omoniyi Oladipo Falaiye, B.Sc. (Ife), FCA, ACCA DipIFRS
National Auditor, ACAOSA
Mr. Omoniyi Oladipo Falaiye is a seasoned chartered accountant and accomplished professional with over three decades of diverse experience in audit, taxation, financial reporting, and consulting. He holds a B.Sc. in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife (1988) and became a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in 2010. He also holds a Diploma in International Financial Reporting from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
He began his career in education before transitioning into the accounting profession, working with several reputable audit firms and organizations including Temidayo Adebayo & Co., B.F. Inyang & Co., Artee Industries (Park & Shop), and the Lagos State Hospital Management Board.
Since 1998, he has served as the Managing Partner of Ayo Falaiye & Co. (Chartered Accountants), where he leads audit engagements, tax advisory, client training, and business development efforts. He is also a facilitator in accounting systems and control design training.
An active member of the Aquinas College Akure Old Students’ Association (ACAOSA), Mr. Falaiye has served as the Financial Secretary of the Lagos Branch (2019–2025) and currently holds the position of National Auditor.
Outside of his professional life, he was the Gold-winning Cricket Team Captain for OAU during NUGA ’88 and continues to contribute actively to sports and community service.

Aquinarian Ilesanmi Adedeji Abayomi
Assistant National Auditor, ACAOSA
Aquinarian Ilesanmi Adedeji Abayomi is a distinguished member of the 1993–1999 set of Aquinas College, Akure. He is a graduate of Banking and Finance (Hons.) from Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko, and currently serves as the Assistant National Auditor of the Aquinas College Akure Old Students’ Association (ACAOSA).
With a solid background in accounting, finance, and education, he has built a multifaceted career as a teacher, lecturer, financial expert, and chartered accountant. He currently serves as a Principal Accountant with the Public Complaints Commission (Nigerian Ombudsman), where he plays a vital role in public sector financial accountability and integrity.
Known for his diligence and excellence, Abayomi has received various professional awards in recognition of his outstanding service. Beyond his professional achievements, he is a passionate educator and an advocate for continuous learning.
His hobbies include teaching, reading, watching and playing football, and participating in strategic games like Scrabble.
He is a devoted husband and proud father of two, and is widely admired for his dedication to family, community, and public service.

Pastor Akinbo Bamidele Godwin
Treasurer, ACAOSA
Pastor Akinbo Bamidele Godwin (P.ABG) is a dedicated chartered accountant, a tax administrator, a professional manager of repute, and a visionary leader with a strong passion for knowledge, innovation, and service.
He is of 1991/1996 Set of the prestigious Aquinas College, Akure. While in Aquinas, also known as ACA, the then Principal, Chief E.R.A. Babalola of blessed memory, recognised his potential and began to mentor him for leadership. Young Godwin Bamidele exhibited unparalleled brilliance, intellectual prowess, and an exemplary leadership style. This prompted his election as the Social Prefect, right from the early stage of SS2. He was also the Chairman of the Press Club from SS1 till he graduated, where he connected the school with the Nigeria Union of Journalists and was awarded as an NUJ Ambassador.
He was elected as the National Treasurer of the Aquinas College Akure Old Students Association (ACAOSA) in March 2025, an office he has occupied to date.

Oladapo Alexander Adewunmi
Legal Adviser, ACAOSA
Dapo Adewunmi, currently in his 50s, began his educational journey with the First School Leaving Certificate before proceeding to Aquinas College, Akure, where he laid a strong academic foundation. He later attended the Ondo State College of Arts & Science, Ikare-Akoko, where he earned his Higher School Certificate.
He gained admission to the then University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), where he studied Law and obtained his LL.B. degree. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in June 1991 after completing his studies at the Nigerian Law School.
In 2001, he established the law firm Oladapo Adewunmi & Co. (Legal Practitioners), which he continues to run successfully to this day. Dapo is widely respected in legal circles and remains deeply committed to the practice of law.
Beyond his professional pursuits, he is an avid reader of books on general interest, particularly autobiographies. His passion for learning is matched only by his enthusiastic support for Liverpool FC, the current champions of the English Premier League.
Dapo is married and blessed with two lively children, and he is admired for his intellect, calm demeanour, and dedication to both family and professional service.

Ola Amure, Esq.
Assistant Legal Adviser, ACAOSA
Ola Amure, Esq., is a respected legal practitioner, seasoned public administrator, and dedicated alumnus of Aquinas College, Akure. Born 60 years ago in Ifira Akoko, Ondo State, he attended Aquinas College, Akure from 1979 to 1984 and has remained an active member of the ACAOSA 1979/84 Set, where he served faithfully as Set Secretary for nine consecutive years.
He began his career with the Ondo State Water Corporation in 1985 as a Clerical Officer and rose through the ranks to become Director of Administration, a position he held until his retirement in 2020. His commitment to self-development led him to earn a Bachelor of Arts in History from the then Ondo State University (now Ekiti State University), Ado-Ekiti, in 1995. In 2006, he obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. Hons.) from Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko.
After completing his legal training at the Nigerian Law School, Bwari, Abuja, he was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2008 as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
Ola Amure, Esq. also served as Secretary of the Aquinas College 60th Anniversary Planning Committee, under the leadership of Professor J.S. Ojo. A technocrat with interest in politics and community service, he is the author of the book “Ifira Akoko and the Trajectory of Arungbolu Prince.”
He is happily married and blessed with children.

Chukwuma Ikechukwu Israel Valentine

Chukwuma Ikechukwu Israel Valentine, a proud member of the Aquinas College Akure 1999/2005 Set, currently serves as the National & Worldwide Public Relations Officer (2025–2028) of the Aquinas College Akure Old Students Association (ACAOSA). A dynamic communicator and passionate community builder, he brings creativity, structure, and integrity to every role he undertakes.
Valentine is the Creative Director at Roczstudio Media, a fast-rising brand specialising in photography, cinematography, and media innovation. His work captures more than just visuals—it tells compelling stories that resonate with emotion and excellence. In addition to his creative pursuits, he is the Facility Manager at Essentials Facility Management, where he oversees the smooth operation of residential and commercial spaces with precision and professionalism.
A devoted single father to a sensitive and beautiful daughter, Valentine’s personal life is anchored in love, responsibility, and purpose. Dr. Edor Daniel Femi

My name is Edor Daniel Femi, a proud native of Amai in Delta State and a distinguished alumnus of Aquinas College Akure, graduating with the 2002/2008 set. I had the honour of serving as the Senior Prefect of my class during my time at the college.
I am a licensed Optometrist with a Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from the University of Benin, awarded in 2015. With over 10 years of professional experience, I currently practice at the University Health Services (Jaja Clinic), University of Ibadan, where I provide clinical eye care services to students, staff, and the wider university community.
Beyond my profession, I enjoy watching movies, playing board games, and reading, all of which contribute to my balanced lifestyle and ongoing personal development.
I remain committed to upholding the values of Aquinas College and contributing positively to its continued legacy.
